Marna Bell received a BFA from Pratt Institute and an MFA from Syracuse University in painting. Her Green Lakes series of photographs was exhibited in a solo show at Syracuse University’s Warehouse Gallery, followed by the Image City Photography Gallery in Rochester, the State of the Art Gallery in Ithaca, and the Syracuse Technology Garden. Her work was selected for The Object and Beyond, the 2008 Everson Museum Biennial. Solo exhibitions include Clarion State College and the Everson Museum of Art. She is a New York State Council of the Arts Grant recipient. In February 2011, Bell exhibited her Hudson Past/Perfect series at Light Work/Community Darkrooms in Syracuse, NY.
